Donation Questions
We accept most vehicles including cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, RVs, and even heavy equipment. Vehicles do not need to be running. We also accept vehicles with mechanical issues, body damage, or missing parts.
Yes! All donations are tax-deductible. You will receive an IRS Form 1098-C within 30 days of your donation, which you can use to claim your deduction on your tax return. The amount you can deduct depends on the sale price of your vehicle.
We offer free pickup within 24-48 hours of your call, at a time that is convenient for you. We work around your schedule including evenings and weekends.
Yes, you will need a clear title signed over to the charity. If you have lost your title, we can help guide you through obtaining a replacement from your state DMV.
The majority of proceeds from your vehicle donation go directly to your chosen charity. After deducting towing and auction fees, typically 70-80% of the net proceeds go to support the charity's programs.
Absolutely! We work with multiple charities, and you can select the one that aligns with your values and interests. Each charity supports a different cause, from helping children to supporting veterans.
Process Questions
Your vehicle is typically sold at auction. The proceeds go directly to your chosen charity. Some vehicles may be used for parts or recycled if they are not in running condition.
No, you do not need to be present as long as you have arranged for the keys and title to be available. Many donors leave the keys and signed title in the vehicle for our driver.
You will receive a donation receipt at the time of pickup. Within 30 days, you will receive IRS Form 1098-C which you need for your tax deduction. We also provide a temporary license plate removal form if needed.
Yes! We accept vehicles in any condition, running or not. Even non-running vehicles have value for parts or scrap metal, and the proceeds still support your chosen charity.
